摘　　要：结合某炼钢厂铁屑加料中的带式输送机的选型设计实例,介绍了带式输送机的选型设计及确定了电机功率及传动方式,并根据车间的特点,确定了驱动装置、中间架、托辊装置及下料方式,该机投产运行后,输送带运行平稳,达到了预期的设计效果。Combined with the design of belt conveyor of GuiYang special steel company it introduces the way of design and selection of machine structure.According to the characteristic of scrap iron the selection of other device is introduced,such as rolling system and braking system.It is running smoothly now.it meets the design desire.
