摘  要:测定斜脉暗罗叶和枝中总三萜酸的含量.以熊果酸为对照品,以质量分数5%香草醛-冰醋酸和高氯酸系统为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法在546nm波长处测定样品的吸光度.熊果酸对照品在20~100g/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Abs=0.1548C+0.0286,r=0.9993.斜脉暗罗叶和枝中总三萜酸的含量分别为0.592%和1.436%.本法操作简便,结果稳定,重复性好,易于推广.Under the experimental conditions including ursolic acid as the reference,5% vanillin-acetic acid and perchloric acid as color system,the content of triterpenoidic acid in the leaves and stems of Polyalthia plagioneura was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method at 546 nm.The calibration curve was linear(r = 0.999 3) in the range of 0.2~1.6μg /mL,and the curve was Abs = 0.154 8 C+0.028 6,the content was 1.436% and 0.592%.The result was stable,and has good repeatability.This method was conveniently to operate and easy for application.
