摘  要:小洼油田地质情况复杂,油层分布受构造和岩性双重影响,非均质性严重。随着深层特稠油开发的深入,地层中出现严重的超覆和指进现象。油井经多轮次蒸汽吞吐后,油层中原油重质油组分越来越多,黏度增大,有效吞吐井减少,蒸汽吞吐效果变差。为解决上述问题,实验研究了适合小洼油田特点的凝胶泡沫体系与催化降黏体系,确定出相应体系基本配方。研究结果表明,凝胶泡沫体系具有堵水不堵油、耐冲刷性好和封堵强度高的特点;催化降黏体系能够大幅度降低原油黏度。现场试验表明,该套技术体系可有效改善油井吞吐效果,实现凝胶泡沫调剖与催化降黏技术有机结合。The Xiaowa oilfield has complex geology,with reservoir distribution dominated by both structure and lithology,and showing serious heterogeneity.As the deepening of deep super heavy oil development,steam override and fingering have become increasingly prominent.After many cycles of steam stimulation,more and more heavier oil components are left behind in reservoir,oil viscosity increases,effective CSS wells dwindle,and CSS effect becomes worse.To solve this problem,experiment study has been conducted for gel foam and catalytic visbreaking system suitable to the Xiaowa oilfield,and the corresponding formula is determined.The result shows that this gel foam system can shut off water not oil,is flushing-resistant,and has high plugging strength;and the catalytic visbreaking system can greatly reduce oil viscosity.Field tests show that this technology can improve oil well CSS effect,and realize combination of profile control by gel foam and catalytic visbreaking.
