摘  要:针对辽河油田老化油含水率高、脱水困难等特点,选用4种含Na+、C l-的无机盐破乳剂,对老化油破乳脱水进行实验研究。实验结果表明,在存在适量无机盐的情况下,老化油破乳脱水效率提高,脱出水清澈度增大。无机盐阴、阳离子的价态和半径,使用单一型还是复配型破乳剂是影响无机盐对老化油破乳效果的主要因素;适宜的破乳温度、破乳时间和无机盐破乳剂用量对老化油破乳也起辅助作用。最后筛选出最佳破乳条件为:无水Na2SO4质量分数占水相的20%,破乳温度为80℃,破乳时间为48 h,可使老化油含水率由40%降至1%。Aged oil in the Liaohe oilfield has high water cut and dehydration problem.Experimental study of aged oil demulsification and dehydration has been conducted with four types of demulsifier of inorganic salt containing Na+ and Cl-.The result shows that the efficiency of aged oil demulsification and dehydration has been improved with the existence of appropriate amount of inorganic salt,and the separated water is clear.The valence state and radius of the negative and positive ions and the use of simple or composite demulsifier are main factors affecting aged oil demulsification by inorganic salt.The proper temperature and time of demulsification and the volume of inorganic salt demulsifier also play supporting role in aged oil demulsification.The optimum demulsification conditions finally chosen are Na2SO4 20%(mass fraction in water phase),demulsifying temperature 80℃,time 48 h,by which the water cut of aged oil can be lowered from 40% to 1%.
