摘　　要：随着油田开发进入中后期,出砂井、高含水井、含蜡井日渐增多,在采油生产过程中,普通杆式抽油泵在油井中砂卡、蜡卡、漏失等现象日趋严重,导致普通抽油泵不能正常生产,为了有效解决这些难题,研制出CSB多功能磁流体排砂泵。现场应用磁流体排砂泵生产证明,随着抽吸时间的延长,油井含砂量减少,含蜡稠油黏度降低,油井正常生产,便于管理,从而延长检泵周期,减少作业成本,增油效益明显。As oilfield development enters mid-late stage,more and more wells produce sand and become high water cut and wax-bearing.The common rod drawn pump has increasing problems of sanding in,wax-stuck and leakage in oil wells,resulting in malfunction.The CSB multifunction magnetic liquid sludger has been developed to solve these problems.Field application of the magnetic liquid sludger shows that as pumping time extends,the sand cut reduces,the viscosity of wax-bearing heavy oil reduces,oil well produces normally,well management is convenient,pump inspection period is extended,operation cost is reduced,and notable oil increment is obtained.
