ON THE BROWN PLANTHOPPER RESISTANCE IN INTROGRESSIVE LINES FROM WILD RICE

摘  要:对107份栽培稻/野生稻高世代品系及86个药用野生稻栽培稻回交F_1,再生苗进行了苗期抗褐飞虱鉴定,对64个品系进行了孕穗期抗性鉴定,并初步观察了野生稻转育后代的苗期拒虫性及孕穗期抗生性等。结果表明,野生稻抗虫基因已导入某些杂交品系,B5、B2、B3、B6、B10、B11、B12、B13、B14、B15、B7、B8在苗期表现高抗,在孕穗期表现中抗,抗性水平比对照抗性品种IR36高;B2F3-52、B2F3-53在苗期和孕穗期都表现中抗;N1-1、N2-1、N6-1、V14-1、N16-1品系在苗期表现抗至中抗,但在孕穗期却表现感至高感。稻蔸再生苗表现高抗的品系有Y9740-5、Y9741-2、Y9747-13、Y9741-1;表现抗级的系有Y9738-8、Y9747-4、Y9747-10;表现中抗的有15个品系;持续抗性表现强的高抗品系中有Y9741-2,Y9747-13、Y9741-1,抗级品系中有Y9738-8。这些抗性品系的抗虫机制主要表现为拒虫性和抗生性。Seedling identifications were conducted for determining the resistance to brown planthopper Nilaparvata lugens Stal of 107 advanced lines of cultivated rice/wild rice and 86 regenerated seedlings of F, backcross between medical wild rice and cultivated rice, the resistance in boot stage of 64 lines was also identified, and the repellency in seedling stage and antibiosis in boot stage of introgressive progenies from wild rice were preliminarily inspected. The results indicated that the resistant genes of wild rice to N. lugens were already been introgressed into a number of cross lines: B5, B2, B3, B6, B10, B11, B12, B13, B14, B15, B7 and B8 showed HR in seedling stage and MR in boot stage, higher than that of the resistant check variety IR36; B2F3-52 and B2F3-53 showed MR both in seedling and boot stages; Nl-1, N2-1, N6-1.N14-1 and N16-1 showed R-MR in seedling stage, but S-HS in boot stage. The regenerated seedlings of Y9740-5, Y9741-2 and Y9747-13 and Y9741-1 showde HR, and those of last three lines showed persistent resistance evidently; Y9738-8, Y9747-4 and Y9747-10 showed R; other 15 lines showed MR; and Y9738-8 showed R. All the resistance mechanism of these resistant lines were repellency/antibiosis.
