摘 要:首次系统报道了苦槛蓝对菜青虫的拒食、毒杀作用和影响生长发育的作用。试验表明,1%苦槛蓝氯仿萃取物对菜粉蝶4龄、5龄幼虫的非选择性拒食率均在94%以上,对4龄幼虫的AFC_(50)、AFC_(95)分别为0.12%和0.78%;处理后72h,4龄试虫的校正死亡率为80.8%;处理后4d,试虫的平均体重仅为对照的36.74%;经1%氯仿萃取物处理,4龄试虫羽化率仅为3.33%,发育抑制率达88.89%。生理效应初步研究表明,苦槛蓝氯仿萃取物能显著降低菜青虫的血淋巴蛋白质和中肠酯酶蛋白质含量,对中肠酯酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性有明显影响。田间小区试验表明,苦槛蓝对菜青虫具有较好的防治效果。The significant antifeeding action and poisoning of the extracts of Myoporum bontioides leaves against Pieris rapae L. were first reported in this paper. The results indicated that chloroform extract shows higher level bioactivity than methanolic and petroleum ether extracts. The antifeeding rate with 1 % chloroform extract was above 94% against 4th and 5th instar larvae of P. rapae in no-choice tests. The AFC50 and AFC95 were 0. 12% and 0. 78% for the chloroform extract against 4th instar of P. rapae, respectively. After tested 4d with 1% chloroform extract , the average weight of tested larvae was 36. 74% compared with that of control, the rate of adult emergence was only 3. 33% and index of growth inhibition was 88. 89%. After treatment 72h, the mortality was 80. 8% when treated with chloroform extract. Preliminary physiological reaction studies showed that chloroform extract of M. bontioides could reduce significantly the contents of protein in haemolymph and esterase in mid-gut and inhibited the activity of esterase in mid-gut and acetylcholinesterase in vitro.
