摘 要:本研究选取1997年有代表性的2个组合97(1),97(2),以C17培养基为基本培养基,分别加小麦幼穗提取液0,10,20,30,50mg.L^-1,以比较幼穗提取液对小麦花药培养效果的影响。结果表明:随着幼穗提取液质量浓度增加,小麦花药愈伤诱导率,愈伤分化率及绿 产量的表现出先增后减的变化规律,并且在加入30mg.L^-1幼穗提取液时,三项指标在两组合中均达最高。This study was conducted to identify the effect of extracting solution of wheat youngear. In basic medium C17, the extracting solution of wheat young ear of 0, 10, 20, 30, 50 mg' L -1were respectively supplementary and they were made into five types of media, the results werethe following : with the extracting solution of wheat young ear added, the callus induction frequencies, the rate of differentiation of wheat callus and the green plantlet frequency increased atfirst and decreased at last. But in a general way, 30 mg' L-1 was more suitable.
