王孟英医案枢机思想探析

摘　　要："枢"在中医文献中首见于《黄帝内经》的开阖枢理论,以手足少阳、少阴四经来论述。后世医家在此基础上不断完善,并以"枢机"一词来表述。王孟英是晚清著名的温病学家,王孟英能灵活运用枢机思想,通畅经络而治疗疾病。通过分析王孟英医案来阐述其的枢机思想。＂Shu＂（pivot） in the Chinese literature was first appeared in Kaiheshu（open-close the pivot） theory of The Yellow Emperor＇s Internal Classic,describing with Hand-Foot-Shaoyang,Shaoyin four meridians.Continent improvement was performed by the later doctors on this base and described as ＂acting as pivot＂.WANG Meng-ying was a famous Febrile Diseases scholar in the late Qing.Dr.WANG may flexibility use the thought of ＂acting as pivot＂,treat disease by smoothing the meridians.In this article we described the thought of ＂acting as pivot＂ of Dr.Wang through analyzing his medical case record.
