摘 要:为探讨光周期对绿盲蝽种群调控的影响,完善其室内饲养与扩繁增殖技术,采用种群生命参数方法,分析了5种不同光周期处理[光照与黑暗时间比(L∶D)分别为24∶0、18∶6、12∶12、6∶18、0∶24]对绿盲蝽实验种群生长发育、存活及繁殖的影响。结果表明,5种光周期处理下绿盲蝽的成若虫期、成虫产卵期、卵量、孵化率、成虫体重及寿命等均存在显著差异。在光照时间大于12 h处理下,绿盲蝽的世代历期、成若虫存活率等生命指标明显偏高,但雌性比率随着光照时间的延长而逐渐下降。在光周期处理为12∶12时绿盲蝽种群趋势指数最高(19.44),而在全黑暗(0∶24)时,其单雌产卵量(76粒)、卵孵化率(55.80%)及种群趋势指数(9.76)均最低。说明较长时间的光照更有利于绿盲蝽种群数量的增加。In order to study the effect of different photoperiods on the growth and reproduction of the cotton mirid Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dür,and to improve the indoor breeding and proliferation techniques,five different photoperiods [time ratios of light to dark(L∶D) are 24∶0,18∶6,12∶12,6∶18,0∶24,respectively] were designed.The development,survival and fecundity of the mirid Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dür were evaluated using the method of population life parameters.The results showed that the nymph stage,adult stage,fecundity,hatching rate,adult weight and life span and so on were all obviously different except for pre-oviposition(about 5 d) and egg stage(about 5 d).The generation duration of Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dür and survivorship were higher when the illumination time was more than 12 h.Female ratio decreased with the increase of illumination time.According to comprehensive analysis of population life parameters,the index of population trend at 12∶12 of L∶D was the highest,19.44.The fecundity(76/F),hatching rate(55.80%) and the index of population trend(9.76) at 0∶24 of L∶D were the lowest,which showed that the Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dür could adjust its growth according to the length of illumination time,and longer light was favarable for the increase of Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dür population.
