中药卵黄免疫球蛋白复合制剂防治仔猪大肠杆菌性腹泻

摘　　要：产肠毒素大肠埃希氏菌(ETEC)是仔猪腹泻病的最常见病原。该菌引起的仔猪腹泻对仔猪成活率和后期增重都具有严重影响,成为制约养猪业发展的重要疾病。研制用于防治该病的中药卵黄免疫球蛋白复合制剂具有重要的实用价值。本研究用ETEC K88菌株C83907对120日龄待开产蛋鸡进行免疫,收集高免蛋制得特异性卵黄免疫球蛋白粉。将中药提取物、卵黄免疫球蛋白粉、大豆低聚糖按4.5∶4.5∶1.0(质量比)制成中药卵黄免疫球蛋白复合制剂。选用3日龄和21日龄的杜×长×大三元杂交早期断奶仔猪,人工感染C83907大肠杆菌,口服中药卵黄免疫球蛋白复合制剂进行保护试验。结果显示:3日龄仔猪服用中药卵黄免疫球蛋白复合制剂后,平均日增重接近不攻毒对照组(P>0.05),但显著高于卵黄免疫球蛋白组、普通卵黄粉组、攻毒阳性对照组和中药组(P<0.05);仔猪死亡率中药卵黄免疫球蛋白复合制剂组显著小于卵黄免疫球蛋白组和纯中药组(P<0.05)。21日龄仔猪服用中药卵黄免疫球蛋白复合制剂组,平均日增重高于纯中药组(P<0.05),卵黄免疫球蛋白组平均日增重显著高于纯中药组(P<0.05)。临床应用效果显示,喂以6 g和10 g中药卵黄免疫球蛋白复合制剂组与抗生素治疗组的治愈率差异不显著组(P>0.05),卵黄免疫球蛋白组和纯中药组治愈率差异不显著(P>0.05);喂以6 g和10 g中药卵黄免疫球蛋白复合制剂组的治愈率均显著优于单一使用纯中药组和卵黄免疫球蛋白组(P<0.05)。表明中药与卵黄免疫球蛋白联合应用具有增效作用,为防治产肠毒素大肠埃希氏菌(ETEC)引起的仔猪腹泻提供了新途径。Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli（ETEC） is the most common pathogen causing piglet diarrhea.ETEC,which has become a constraint for pig industry,has much negative influence on livability and growth promotion of piglet.The development of compound Chinese herbal medicine and yolk immunoglobulin against this disease is of great practical value.120-day-old layer chickens were immunized by ETEC K88 strain C83907,then yolk was collected and immunoglobulin powder was made.Chinese herbal extract,yolk immunoglobulin powder and soybean oligosaccharide were mixed at the ratio of 4.5∶4.5∶1.0 to produce compound Chinese herbal medicine yolk immunoglobulin.3-day-old and 21-day-old early weaning piglets were artificially infected and then orally taken the compound Chinese herbal medicine yolk immunoglobulin.The results showed that the average daily gain of the trial group was nearly equal to the control one for 3-day-old piglets,higher than the yolk immunoglobulin group and Chinese herbal medicine one（P0.05）,and significantly larger than the normal yolk powder one and the control group infected with ETEC（P0.05）,while the death rate of the piglets in trial group was significantly lower than those in yolk immunoglobulin group and Chinese herbal medicine one（P0.05）.For 21-day-old piglets,the average daily weight gain of the trial group was much more than the Chinese herbal medicine one（P0.05）.Clinical trial revealed that the curative rate of the group taking 6 g or 10 g compound Chinese herbal medicine yolk immunoglobulin was no significant difference with the antibiotics one（P0.05）,but was significantly better than the one taking yolk immunoglobulin or Chinese herbal medicine（P0.05）.These findings indicated that the compound Chinese herbal medicine immunoglobulins could cure neonatal piglet diarrheal disease caused by ETEC and the joint application of Chinese herbal medicine and yolk immunoglobulin had synergized action,which provides a new way to cure diarrhea.
