摘  要:为探明成年桃树光合作用的特点,在果实采收后的秋季(9月初、9月下旬),测定了6个桃品种(有明白桃、美香、吊枝白、霞脆、湖景蜜露和霞晖5号)的光合特性和叶绿素荧光特性。结果表明,除霞晖5号外其他品种叶绿素含量均高于3 mg/g,霞脆的类胡萝卜素含量最高为1.489 mg/g;有明白桃和霞脆的净光合速率日积分值(DIVofPn)和水分利用效率(WUE)显著高于其他品种;吊枝白的光补偿点(LCP)最高而霞脆的LCP、光饱和点(LSP)最低,有明白桃的LSP、饱和光强净光合速率(LSPn)和表观量子效率(AQY)均处于较高水平;霞晖5号的CO2饱和点(CSP)最高,为2 462.5μl/L,吊枝白和霞脆的CO2饱和净光合速率(CSPn)最低而有明白桃和美香最高,有明白桃和霞脆的羧化效率(CE)较高,美香和湖景蜜露次之,吊枝白和霞晖5号最低,而CO2补偿点(CCP)趋势则与CE基本相反。从叶绿素荧光参数看,霞晖5号表观电子传递速率(ETR)和PSⅡ实际光化学效率(Yield)均较高,吊枝白的非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)较高但初始荧光(Fo)较低而霞脆与之相反。相关性分析表明,叶绿素含量与LSPn极显著正相关,与AQY显著正相关;类胡萝卜素含量与WUE极显著正相关;ETR与Yield极显著正相关,与NPQ显著负相关。In order to better understand the photosynthesis of mature peach tree,the photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics in the leaves of six peach cultivars(Yumyeoung,Mika,Diaozhibai,Xiacui,Hujingmilu and Xiahui 5) were determined after harvest in autumn(the beginning of September and the late September).The chlorophyll contents of six cultivars were over 3 mg/g except Xiahui 5 and the carotenoid content of Xiacui was the highest(1.489 mg/g).Yumyeoung and Xiacui had higher diurnal integral value of net photosynthetic rate(DIV of Pn) and water use efficiency(WUE).Light compensation point(LCP) of Diaozhibai was the highest,while LCP and light saturation point(LSP) of Xiacui were the lowest.LSP,light saturated net photosynthetic rate(LSPn) and apparent quantum yield(AQY) of Yumyeoung were relatively higher.CO2 saturation point(CSP) of Xiahui 5 was the highest(2 462.5 μl/L).For CO2 saturated net photosynthetic rate(CSPn),it was the lowest in Diaozhibai and Xiacui and the highest in Yumyeoung and Mika.Carboxylation efficiency(CE) of Yumyeoung and Xiacui was the highest,Mika and Hujingmilu took the second place,and Diaozhibai and Xiahui 5 were the lowest.CO2 compensation point(CCP) displayed the opposite to CE in six peach cultivars.Electron transport rate(ETR) and PSⅡ actual photochemical efficiency(Yield) of Xiahui 5 and non-photochemical fluorescence quenchin(NPQ) of Diaozhibai were relatively higher and minimal fluorescence(Fo) of Diaozhibai was relatively lower among six cultivars.Correlation analysis revealed that chlorophyll content had a high significant positive correlation with LSPn and a significant positive correlation with AQY.There was a high significant positive correlation between carotenoid content and WUE.In addition,ETR had a high significant positive correlation with Yield,but an obvious negative relationship with NPQ.
