套袋对翠冠梨叶片光合特性及果实品质的影响  被引量:3

摘  要:为进一步明确果实套袋对翠冠梨光合特性及果实品质的影响,测定了套袋与不套袋梨树外围新梢和内膛短枝叶片的净光合速率(Pn)日变化规律、光响应曲线(Pn-PFD)和C02响应曲线(Pn-Ci)变化规律,同时对相应部位的果实品质进行了调查。结果表明:果实套袋对树体外围叶片光合特性无显著影响,但对树体内膛叶片的光合特性影响显著;与对照相比,套袋使内膛叶片的光量子通量密度(PFD)、日均净光合速率(DMPn)、光合能力(Pc)、光补偿点(Lc)、光饱和点(Lm)、表观量子效率(AQY)和羧化效率(CE)显著降低,但对CO2饱和点(CSP)、CO2补偿点(CCP)、Rubisco最大羧化效率、RuBP最大再生速率无显著影响;套袋使内膛和外围果实的硬度、石细胞含量和可滴定酸含量升高,使可溶性固形物含量降低,但对单果重无显著影响。可见,果实套袋能明显降低树体内膛的光合有效辐射,使内膛叶片的光合能力降低,从而导致果实品质下降。Net photosynthesis(Pn),Pn diurnal course,Pn to light and Pn to CO2 response curves of the leaves of exterior and interior canopy in fruit-bagged Cuiguan pear trees and unbagged ones(control) were determined,and the fruit quality was investigated as well.Fruit bagging had a significant effect on the photosynthetic characteristics of interior leaves,but exterior leaves were not affected.Compared with unbagged pears,the photon flux density(PFD),daily mean net photosynthesis(DMPn),photosynthetic capacity(Pc),light compensation point(Lc),light saturation point(Lm),apparent quantum yield(AQY) and carboxylation efficiency(CE) decreased obviously in fruit-bagged pears,and there was no significant difference in CO2 saturation point(CSP),compensation point(CCP),maximum rubisco carboxylation efficiency and maximum RuBP regeneration rate between bagged and unbagged pears.Fruit bagging improved the fruit hardness,stone cell content,titratable acid content,and reduced the concentration of soluble solids,but the single fruit weight was not affected significantly.The result suggested that fruit bagging decreased the photosynthetic radiation on interior leaves,causing the decline of the photosynthetic capacity which might lead to the decrease of fruit quality.
