摘 要:随着空分设备向大型化、多样化发展,冷箱内部管道不断增多,配管难度也越来越高。对冷箱内配管进行优化设计,以提高空分设备运行的安全性和经济性。文章从单元设备、阀门及冷箱板开孔位置布置,与单元设备相连管道布置,换热器热端管道布置,水平管道敷设和排放管道引出方式等10方面,介绍杭氧对冷箱内配管所做的优化设计,旨在提高空分设备的经济性和运行安全性。With development towards to large-sized and diversified air separation plant, ceaseless increase of pipelines inside the cold box and increasing difficulty of distribution pipes, the distribution pipes inside the cold box are subjected to optimized design to improve the safety and economy of operation of the air separation plant. Here, the optimized design, which is made by Hangyang in distribution pipes inside the cold box for improving the safety and economy of the air separation plant, is described in 10 aspects such as unit equipment, arrangement of valves openings on cold box plate, arrangement of equipment-connected pipeline, arrangement of pipeline at hot end of heat exchanger, laying of horizontal pipeline and lead-out mode of discharge pipeline. Optimized design of distribution pipes inside the cold box is the effective means to meet the requirement on safety and economy on large-sized and diversified air separation plants.
