摘　　要：红外线气体分析仪具有选择性好、灵敏度高、响应速度快等优点,在大型空分设备二氧化碳和氧化亚氮含量检测中得到广泛应用。文章介绍了红外线气体分析仪的检测原理以及在大型空分设备中的应用,简介了常用的非分光型红外线气体分析仪的结构和工作流程,分析了现场应用过程中易出现的问题,并给出了相应的处理方法。Infrared gas analyzer is characterized by good selectivity, high sensibility and fast response and widely used in monitor of content of carbon dioxide and nitrogen monoxide in large-sized air separation plant. Here, the monitor principle of infrared gas analyzer and its application in large-sized air separation plant are briefed, the structure, work process and the problems liable to occur during application of non-spectro type infrared gas analyzer are analyzed and corresponding corrective methods are proposed.
