Metabolism of Polyamine during the Development of Flora Buds in Cy-toplasmic Male Sterile Line and Its Maintainer Line in Brassica napus L .

摘  要:在花蕾发育过程中,不育系花蕾的多胺代谢不同于其保持系.不育系花蕾中腐胺、亚精胺、精胺含量及三者之和均先略降后升高再降低,而其保持系则先降而后升高,在发育早期不育系明显低于其保持系.不育系的精氨酸脱羧酶活性一直下降,而其保持系的则先降后略升,不育系始终低于保持系.保持系的多胺氧化酶一直降低而不育系的先降后升,在早期不育系明显低于保持系,而后期则高于保持系.外施Put+Spd+Spm对保持系花药发育影响不大,但使不育系的可育株率、可育花率和可育花药率都得以提高.提示花药发育早期多胺的不足可能与Polima油菜细胞质雄性不育有关.Contents of Put, Spd and Spm in the flora buds of CMS line decreased slightly from stage 1 to stage 2, and increased from stage 2 to stage 3, and then decreased once again at stage 4; these in its maintainer line dropped from stage 1 to stage 3, and rose from stage 3 to stage 4 (Spd content did not change during this period). At early stage of development, content of all 3 kinds of polymine measured in CMS line were obviously lower than these in its maintainer line. Activity of ADC in maintainer line dropped at early of development of flora buds stage and then rose slightly; however, this in CMS line decreased from beginning to the end. Activity of PAO in maintainer line dropped during all stage; yet, this in CMS line dropped firstly, and then rose slightly. Although spraying Put+ Spd+ Spm did not affect the fertility of maintainer line, did make the percentage of fertility of plant, flower and anther increased markedly in CMS line. It is indicated that insufficiency of polyamines in the flora buds of CMS line might be related to cyto-plasmic male sterility in rape seed.
