Effect of Different Factors on the Explosion-Resistance Behavior of Flat Ribbon Wound Layered Explosion Containment Vessel

摘  要:运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA非线性显示动力学有限元软件,采用流固耦合方法,对15°倾角的扁平绕带爆炸容器在承受内部中心点爆炸的冲击载荷作用的动力响应进行了数值分析。计算给出了容器最外层绕带的爆心对应处径向变形曲线,并与试验数据进行了比较;重点分析了应变率效应、摩擦和轴向长度对绕带容器抗爆性能的影响。计算结果表明:应变率效应使绕带材料的屈服极限有大幅度提高,最外层绕带的等效塑性应变减少了54%;绕带层间的摩擦作用使绕带容器的明显变形区域有显著减少,最大变形为未考虑摩擦时的83.4%;轴向长度的变化,在一定程度上降低了绕带容器的抗爆性能。By using nonlinear explicit dynamic finite - element program ANSYS/LS - DYNA, which can deal with fluid - solid coupling algorithm, dynamical response of fiat ribbon wound layered explosion con- tainment vessel with 15° subjected to internal blast loading was numerically simulated. The residual deformations of the outer most layer in the explosion center were obtained and compared with the experimental data. The effect of strain - rate, friction and axial length on the explosion - resistance behavior of the wound ribbon vessel were analyzed. The results show that because of the effect of strain - rate the yield stress of the winding material is visibly increasing, the effective plastic strain of the outer most layer in the explosion center is down 54%. The conspicuous deformation region of wound ribbon vessel is significant reduction in friction induced by the wound ribbons, maximum deformation is 83.4% smaller than that without friction. With the axial length changing, the explosion - resistance behavior of the wound ribbon vessel is reduced in a certain extant.
