耐盐耐碱芽孢杆菌质粒的分离和电镜观察

摘　　要：用碱性SDS法从耐盐耐碱芽孢杆菌中分离出质粒，并通过电镜对其进行了观察、鉴定,根据经验公式，计算出质粒PBH1分子量为2．73×106Da，PBH2分子量为5.18×106Da。Plasmids are isolated from Bacillus haloalkaloresistant sp. nov by Soda - SDS. The plasmids are also observed and verified by electron microscope. Based on experimental formula, the molecular weight of the plasmid PBH1 is about 2. 73 × 106Da that of the PBH2 is about 5. 18 ×106Da.
