摘　　要：针对国家应急物资标识和信息管理存在的问题,提出了应急物资集合包装二维条码标识方案,并从应急物资的条码标识、发运、中转分拨、接收、入库建账、盘点、快速发放和全寿命跟踪的角度规划了基于二维条码标识的应急物流模式。Targeting at the problems in the labelling and information management of emergency materials in China,the paper proposes a 2D barcode based solution and,from the aspects of barcode labelling,shipment,transfer,reception,accounting,inventory,rapid dispatching, and whole life tracking,introduces the 2D barcode based emergency logistics mode.
