摘　　要：随着市场经济发展，铁路运输企业间收入合理清算问题已突出地提了出来。本文利用多人合作对策理论提出了铁路旅客列车运输收入合理分配的一种方法。与现行的分配办法相比，该方法具有理论基础牢固，对象明确，操作简单，符合市场经济规律等特点。The problem that the transport income should be distributed equitably among the railway enterprises has been raised pressingly with the market economy development.A certain mumber viewpoint is explained, a method of the income distribution of the railway passenger train is put forward based on cooperative games. In comparison with current ones, the method posse explicitness in object, simplicity in operation, and conforming to market law and so on .\;
