摘　　要：以笔者为期两个月的实地考察为基础,以期探讨出行之有效的对策,对我国中小型医药配送中心的发展起到指导作用。对考察范围内的医药配送中心存在问题及成因进行了分析,最后重点从药品需求预测及确定职能的转移、延迟分货式配货等方面探讨了解决对策。On the basis of data collected from a two-month field investigation by the author, the paper examines the problems in the medical distribution centers and their root causes, and then puts forth relevant countermeasures from the aspects of medicine demand fore- casting, duty transference, and strategies such as postponement distribution and batch picking.
