摘　　要：在对我国稀土资源的分布、生产、消费和贸易情况总结的基础上,结合当前我国稀土产品定价权缺失的现状,分析了我国作为稀土资源大国,但是缺乏稀土贸易定价权的原因,指出我国应该在国家层面进行相关战略的调整和制定,在促进我国稀土产业健康、稳定、持续发展的同时,增强我国稀土产品的国际定价能力,并在此基础上,提出几个方面的政策建议。On the basis of a summarization of the distribution, production, consumption and trade of rare earth resources of China, the paper analyzes why, as a major owner of rare earth resources, China would suffer from pricing power absence in its exportation, points out that it should formulate and adjust strategies on the state level to promote the healthy, stable, and continuous development of the rare earth industry and have its voice heeded and respected in the international arena, for which several suggestions on policy-making are given.
