摘　　要：在确定物流企业经营风险预警指标体系的基础上,使用聚类分析的方法对指标进行筛选和验证,运用主成分分析的方法确定指标权重,最后应用模糊综合评判方法对指标进行综合评价,构建了物流企业经营风险预警模型,并选择2009年某物流企业的数据对风险预警模型进行了实例分析。The paper applies clustering analysis to the screening and filtering of indices to the logistics enterprise operational risk warning system, which are proposed in previous studies and collected here, uses principal component analysis to determine their respective weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to decide their inclusion or not into the operational risk warning system established in this paper subse- quently which is tested and analyzed on the basis of business data of a certain logistics enterprise of the year 2009.
