摘　　要：在分析战时油料装备维修保障特点与需求的基础上,指出了目前油料装备维修保障在管理体制、组织机构、力量建设、经费投入等方面存在的问题,并提出了油料装备维修保障的主要对策,包括理论研究、体制机制、队伍与能力建设、条件建设等。The paper analyzes the characteristics and demand of wartime maintenance and support of POL equipment, on the hasis of which, it points out the problems existing in the administrative system, organizational structure, personnel construction, ~nd funding of cur- rent POL equipment maintenance and support practices and then proposes the corresponding eountermeasnres, including theoretical re- search, system adjustment, personnel and competence construction, etc.
