摘 要:目的探讨三级甲等医院临床护士处理冲突的方式与方法。方法以随机和分层抽样法抽取临床护士555人,采用组织冲突量表(ROCI-Ⅱ)进行调查。结果临床护士在与同事发生冲突时,最常采用的冲突处理方式是整合,为(4.06±0.49)分;最不常采用的冲突处理方式是支配,为(2.54±0.77)分;临床护士冲突处理方式的个人因素与年龄、工作年限、职称、职位、性别、婚姻状况、科室和用工性质有关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论人口学变量影响临床护士处理冲突的方式,护理管理者应开展冲突教育,以提高护士认识冲突、解决冲突的能力,并增进其心理健康水平。Objective To understand conflict management styles of nurses working in tertiary hospitals.Methods A total of 555 nurses were chosen by using stratified random sampling and were asked to fill out the Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-Ⅱ(ROCI-Ⅱ).Results Integrating was used predominantly by nurses,with the score being 4.06±0.49,and dominating was underused,with the score being 2.54±0.77.The influencing factors of conflict management styles of nurses were age,service length,professional title,administration title,gender,marital status,working department and kinds of employment(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Conflict management styles of nurses are affected by demographic characteristics.Nursing managers should conduct education to enhance nurses' understanding and management strategies of conflict,and to improve their mental health.
