摘　　要：绿色社会技术是绿色政策共同体以人与自然、社会协调发展为理念、环境友好为价值取向,针对一定的"问题情势",在自然规律允许的"边界"和社会规律通过人的活动的不同要素的相互作用与因果转化中所存在的"可能性空间",通过"搜寻"、"设计"、"评估"、"抉择"、"合法化"等过程所建构的一种规制人的环境行为的规制系统。这一与自然技术生成的比较研究,对于揭示绿色社会技术与自然技术的作用机理、促进彼此良性互动、提高绿色绩效等具有重要意义。Green social technology,a system regulating human environmental behavior,is constructed by green policy community.In the process of construction,it takes the harmonious development of human,nature and society as the concept,regards environmental friendliness as the value orientation,and focuses on certain 'problem conditions' through such ways as 'searching','designing','assessing','choosing' and 'legalizing' in the permissible 'border' to the law of nature and the 'potential space' existing in social laws.And the comparative study of natural technology generation has a great significance for revealing the mechanism of green social technology and natural technology,promoting positive interaction and improving green performance.
