门诊处方不合理用药调查分析

摘　　要：目的：了解医院不合理用药情况，促进临床合理用药。方法：随机抽取我院2010年1—6月门诊处方18469例，并对其中不合理用药处方进行统计分析。结果：不合理用药处方占总抽查处方数的4．58％，其中主要包括配伍或联用不合理、选药不合理、用法用量不合理、滥用药物等。结论：只有医师、药师及医院管理3方面有机结合，建立合理用药的监督机制，努力开展药学监护，才是解决门诊处方不合理用药的关键。Objective：To analyze the sitastion of irrational use of promote rational drug use level in the clinc.MEHTODS：A total of 18469 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected from our hospital from April to Sept.in 2010,of which,the irrational prescriptions were analyzed statistically.RESULTS：4.58% of the sampled prescriptions were irrational prescriptions.The problems of irrational use of drugs were manifested as in＇ational in drug cimbination,choice of drugs,usage and dosage,drug abuse ctc.CONCLUSION：Only through the cooperation of doctors,pharmacists and hospital administation to establish the monitorung iustution of rational use of drugs and carry out pharmaceutical can the problem of irrational use of drugs in outpatients be solved.
