清肝-27味丸对DMN诱导小鼠慢性肝损伤的保肝降酶的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察蒙药清肝-27味丸对不同病变阶段慢性肝损伤小鼠的保肝降酶作用，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法：将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、乙肝宁颗粒组、清肝-27味丸高、低剂量组。除正常对照组外，其余小鼠均腹腔注射DMN致慢性肝损伤，造模同时清肝-27味丸高、低剂量、乙肝宁颗粒组分别灌胃清肝-27味丸和乙肝宁颗粒每日5g／kg、3g／kg和3g／kg。于第5、7次注射DMN后观察小鼠体重，检测ALT、AST、TP、ALB含量和观察肝组织病理学的变化。结果：第5、7次注射DMN后与正常对照组比较模型组体重明显减轻，肝功能明显异常，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；与模型组比较清肝-27味丸低剂量组体重均明显增加，ALT、AST明显下降，TP明显上升，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。第5、7次注射DMN后慢性肝炎炎症活动度分级（G）和慢性肝炎程度（G／S）比较模型组处于逐渐加重趋势，主要表现为中、重度病变状态；清肝-27味丸处于轻、中度病变状态。结论：清肝-27味丸对轻、中程度的慢性肝损伤有更好的保肝降酶作用，建议临床上应随着病情变化给予合理的辨证用药。Aim To observe the Protective and Degrading enzyme effect of Mongolian medicine Qinggan-27 Pill on different pathological stages of Chronic hepatic Injury in mice,to Provide the basis for the clinical use of drugs.Methods：the mice were randomly divided into normal control group.model group.Yiganning particles group.Qinggan-27 Pill high and low dose groups;except the normal control group others mice were caused Chronic hepatic Injury by Intraperitoneal injection, Modeling the same time, The mice in Qing- gan-27 Pill high and low dose gronps.Yiganning particles group are given intragastrie administration Qinggan-27 Pill and Yiganning particles with 5g/kg.3g/kg and 3g/kg each day. After the fifth and seventh injection DMN, to observe the body weight in alice and measure the levels of serum ALT.AST.TP.ALB and pathological changes of liver tissue.Result：After the fifth and seventh injection DMN, compared normal control group with model group, the body weight in mice reduced significantly and liver function markedly abnormal,has significant differene （P 〈 0.05 ）. compared model group with Qinggan-27 Pill low dose group, the body weight in mice increased obviously, ALT. AST reduced significantly, TP increased obviously, has significant differenc （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the fifth and seventh injection DMN, Grading of inflammatory activity of chronic hepatitis（G）degree of chronic hepatitis（ G/S ）in model group has gradually increasing trend in the moderate and severe disease status; Qinggan-27 Pill groups in the mild and moderate disease status. Conclusion： Qinggan-27 Pill has the better Protective and degrading enzyme effect for the mild and moderate Chronic hepatic Injury , to propose that changes in clinical condition should be given reasonable diagnosis and prescription.
