丁咯地尔注射液联合腺苷钴铵治疗2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察丁咯地尔注射液联合腺苷钴铵治疗糖尿病勃起功能障碍(ED)的近期疗期。方法 65例2型糖尿病合并ED病人在饮食控制和胰岛素治疗的基础上,给予丁咯地尔注射液100mg静脉滴入,腺苷钴铵500kg肌注,每日1次,连用3周。治疗前后根据国际勃起功能指数表(HEF-5)病人进行自我评分,并观察治疗前后尿微量清(白)蛋白排泄率(UAER)、肝功能、肾功能、血脂等指标的变化。结果治疗后HEF-5总评分和各问题的评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05,0.01),UAER下降显著(P<0.01)。结论丁咯地尔注射液联合腺苷钴铵治疗糖尿病ED具有较好效果。Objective To observe the short term effect of combined buflomedil injection and cobamamide on type 2 diabetic patients with erectile dysfunction（ED）.Methods 65 diabetic patients with ED under dier ang insulin control were given buflomedil injection 100mg.d-1 and cobamamide injection 500ug.d-1for 3wk.The international index of erectile function 5（HEF-5）was used for self evaluation and the urine albumin dliminate rate（UAER）,hepatic function,renal function,low density cholesterlo,total cholesterlo and triglyceride were determined before and after the treatment,respectively.Results Improvements in mean scores of IIEF-5 and each item of IIEF-5 were significantly better in patients received buflomedil and cobamamide comparing with those of pretreatment.The UAER decreased significantly,while the hepatic function,renal function,low density cholesterol,total cholesterol and triglyceride showed no significant change and no adverse reaction were found during the study.Condusion Combined therapy of buflomedil and cobamamide is rather effective for diabetic patients with ED.
