薄芝糖肽针治疗系统性硬皮病的疗效分析及其对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的了解薄芝糖肽针对系统性硬皮病(SSc)患者的治疗效果,以及它对SSc病人免疫功能的影响。方法对50例SSc患者作薄芝针静脉注射治疗,与35例未用薄芝治疗的患者做了疗效对照;并对比治疗前后免疫指标。结果薄芝组的皮肤硬度积分、关节功能治疗前后积分差显著高于对照组。结论加用薄芝糖肽注射液对病人的治疗效果有明显的增效作用。Objective To study therapeutic efficacy of Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection on treating systemic scleroderma（SSc） and change of immunity.Methods 50 cases of SSc patients were treated with Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection drugs by intravenous injection,and 35 cases of SSc patients were treated with no Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection drugs.therapeutic evaluation of therapeusis or decoction treatment,and change of immunity was compared.Results Skin hardncss integral and function of Joints of Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection group is remarkably higher than the control group.Conclusion Therapeutic efficacy of Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection drugs on treating SSc is better.
