摘　　要：数字参考咨询服务是图书馆在信息时代和网络环境下的一项核心业务,需要运用大量的信息资源和现代化的技术手段来完成,因而牵涉到的知识产权问题也比较多。本文在论述数字参考咨询服务各个环节的知识产权风险的基础上,提出规避这些风险的一些策略,以利于数字参考咨询服务高效、顺利地开展。Digital reference service is one of core business of library.Its implementation requires a large number of information resources and modern information technology.Therefore it is invovled in many intellectual property issues.This paper discussed intellectual property risks in digital reference service.On this basis,the author proposed some tactics in order to avoid these risks.Thess tactics will help the developing of digital reference service.
