摘　　要：本文重点阐述了新兴图书馆业态给图书馆带来的变革与发展以及面临的挑战与问题,并在此基础上,从组建统一管理的图书馆内外合作型战略联盟,建立强大的信息资源数据库群,准确定位牢牢抓住图书馆安身立命的核心价值体系和重视科学技术与图书馆创新服务对接等4个方面提出了新兴图书馆业态的发展方略。The article has mainly described the challenges and problems along with the innovation and development of the new library industry.Based on this,the article has issued the development methods and strategies of new library industry in four aspects,i.e.organizing united administration for libraries with internal and external cooperation strategies,establishing the strong（rich）information data bases,precise positioning and focusing in the core value system of the library to survive,and emphasizing the technology and innovated services of the library.
