摘　　要：本文旨在对近年来国内外关于SCI问题的研究进行概括和总结。笔者的观点是,关于SCI的研究主要可以概括为3个方面:关于SCI的介绍性研究;SCI用于科学评价的研究;SCI的局限性研究。这其中,关于SCI的局限性研究多停留在定性层面,未来定量分析SCI局限性研究应当是继续研究这个问题的新方向。This article was for the purpose to the recent years domestic and foreign carrying on the summary and the summary about the SCI question research.In the writers＇ viewpoint,three aspects were summarized about the SCI research：About SCI introductive research;about SCI uses in the science appraisal research;about SCI limited research;about the SCI limited research in the qualitative stratification plane,in the future the quantitative analysis SCI limitation research must be continues to study as the new direction of this question.
