摘  要:目的分析体型特征与高血压的关系。方法选择高血压病患者140例(高血压组)及体检健康者140例(非高血压组),采用Heath-Carter体型测量法计算内、中、外因子值,并将体型划分为内胚层体型(肥胖型体型)、中胚层体型(强壮型体型)、外胚层体型(瘦削型体型)。观察两组体型构成比。结果高血压组男性与女性内因子值和中因子值均高于非高血压组(P均<0.05);两组男性中因子值均高于女性,而女性内因子值均高于男性(P均<0.01)。高血压组内胚层体型者明显高于非高血压组(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者以内胚层体型为主,肥胖系高血压的危险因素。Objective To analyze the relationship between somatotype and hypertension. Methods One hundred and forty hypertension patients (hypertension group) and 140 healthy physieal examinees (control group) were selected. The values of endomorphy, mesomorphy and eetomorphy were calculated with the Heath-Carter anthropometrie somatotyping method, and somatypes were divided into endomorphie (adiposity) , mesomorphic (muscularity) and ectomorphic (lineari- ty) ones. The somatotypo constituent ratio of the two groups was observed. Results The values of endomorphy and mesomorphy were both higher in male and female patients of hypertension group than those in healthy groups( all P 〈 0.05 ) ; The values of mesomorphy was higher in male than that in female , and endomorphy of the female was higher than that of the male in two groups ( both P 〈 0.01 ). Significantly more endomorphic ones were found in hypertension group than that in control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The main somatotype of hypertension patients is endomorphic, Obesity is risk factor of hypertension.
