低能低蛋白水平下日粮添加维生素A、D_3对0～3周龄肉仔鸡的影响

摘　　要：利用二因素三水平试验设计方法,研究了低能低蛋白水平下,日粮中添加维生素A(VA)、D3(VD3)对0～3周龄肉仔鸡的影响。结果表明:(1)VA和肉仔鸡体增重、耗料量、料重比和腿病(TD)发生率均无显著的回归关系(P>0.05)。(2)VD3添加量为800IU/kg时,VA添加量为6000IU/kg的组体增重显著大于添加量为3000IU/kg的组(P<0.05),和添加量12000的体增重差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)日粮VA对血清钙(Ca)和磷(P)含量均无显著影响(P>0.05),但对血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)影响较大,随VA添加水平的提高,AKP显著降低(P<0.05)。(4)随日粮VD3添加水平的提高,试验鸡体增重、耗料量显著增加(P<0.05)。VD3对料重比无显著影响(P>0.05)。(5)日粮VD3的添加水平对腿病发生率和血清Ca含量影响显著,随日粮VD3添加水平的提高,TD发生率显著降低,血清Ca显著升高(P<0.05)。综合以上结果,认为0～3周龄肉仔鸡日粮VA、VD3添加水平分别为6000、800IU/kg较为适宜。By the design of two factors with three levels,the trial was conducted to study the effects of dietary vitamin A and D3 on the performance of broilers aged 0～3 weeks under the condition of low level of dietary energy and protein.The results were as followed.Firstly,dietary VA had no significant regressive relationships with bodyweight gain,feed consumption,ratio of feed to bodyweight gain and occurrence rate of thigh disease（TD） of broilers.Secondly,when the dietary VD3 was 800 IU/kg,the broilers fed diet with 6 000 IU/kg VA had more bodyweight gain than those fed with 3 000 IU/kg VA（P0.05）,but had no significant differences with those fed with 12 000 IU/kg VA.Thirdly,dietary VA had no significant effects on the contents of serum Ca and P,but had obvious effect on the activity of serum alkaline phosphatase（AKP）.The activity of serum AKP reduced significantly with the increase of dietary VA.Fourthly,with the increasing of dietary VD3,the bodyweight gain and feed consumption of broilers increased significantly（P0.05）,but the ratio of feed to bodyweight gain did not change significantly（P0.05）.Fifthly,dietary VD3 had significant effects on TD occurrence rate and serum Ca concentration.The TD occurrence rate decreased and the concentration of serum Ca increased significantly with the increasing of dietary VD3（P0.05）.In conclusion,the diet with 6 000 IU/kg VA and 800 IU/kg VD3 was more suitable for the broilers aged 0～3 weeks.
