中医药在恶性肿瘤综合治疗中的伦理价值

摘　　要：中医药治疗恶性肿瘤是我国独特的治疗方法,在与现代医学治疗恶性肿瘤的伴随中,已从过去单一的辨证论治发展到今天利用现代的诊断手段和实验方法,采用预防与治疗相结合、辨证与辨病相结合、局部与整体并重、扶正与祛邪并用,形成了具有中国特色的中西医结合的综合治疗模式。中医药治疗恶性肿瘤的作用主要体现在整体治疗改善全身状况、配合放化疗增效减毒、抗复发与转移、干预癌前病变及改善晚期肿瘤病人的临床症状等,从而稳定病情,缩短治疗周期,改善患者生存质量和延长生存期等,有效地提高了远期治疗效果。It is a unique Chinese recipe to treat malignant tumor with traditional Chinese medicine. Developed with the evolvement of modern medicine, the treatment of malignant tumor with traditional Chinese medicine has transformed from the unitary treating skill of differentation of symptoms and signs to the currently comprehensive treating mode which employs modern diagnostic and experimental approaches, combines disease prevention and treatment, unites symptom differentiation and disease differentiation, stresses both part and the whole of the patient, and parallels the strengthening body resistance and eliminating pahogens. The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating malignant tumor mainly include improving general condition with comprehemsive treatment, enhancing treating effect by combining concurrent chemoradiotherapy, anti - relapse and anti - metastasis, intervention of precancerous lesions, and amelioration of the clinical symptoms of patients with end - stage malignant tumors, aiming to stablize the condition, shorten the treating period, improve the living quality and lengthen life expectation, and effectively enhance the longterm treating effect.
