摘　　要：高尚的医德是医学生职业化素质的最核心组成部分,它关系到医学生的就业和就业稳定,影响着医疗卫生服务工作的整体水平和质量以及卫生事业的发展。加强医德教育,能为构建和谐的医患关系打下良好基础,能解决引起医患矛盾、医疗纠纷的源头性问题,为医德医风建设提供可靠的保障,还必将促进学生就业和就业稳定。Noble medical ethics is the core component of medical students＇ professional quality, related to medical students＇ employment and employment stability,and affecting the overall level and quality of health services as well as the development of health career. Strengthening medical ethics education lays a good foundation for building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, resolves problems caused by doctor - patient conflicts and medical disputes, provides reliable protection for the construction of medical ethics and ethos, and also promotes medical students＇ employment and employment stability.
