重烷基苯磺酸盐的合成及其在提高石油采收率中的应用

摘　　要：研究了重烷基苯（ＨＡＢ）——十二烷基苯生产中副产物的ＳＯ３降膜式连续磺化工艺和所得重烷基苯磺酸盐（ＨＡＢＳ）作为碱－表面活性剂－聚合物（ＡＳＰ）三元复合驱用表面活性剂的性能。ＳＯ３／ＨＡＢ摩尔比、ＳＯ３平均体积分数以及反应温度是影响磺化率的主要因素。磺酸中和值与磺化率成线性关系，因而可以作为反应的控制参数。在优化反应条件下，磺化率可接近８０％，所得ＨＡＢＳ平均摩尔质量为４３０～４４０ｇ／ｍｏｌ。经适当配方，在ＮａＯＨ质量分数ｗＡ＝０．００９～０．０１３和ＨＡＢＳ质量分数ｗＳ＝０．００１～０．００３条件下能使大庆油田不同厂区原油与地层水的界面张力在油藏温度（４５°Ｃ）下降至１０－３ｍＮ／ｍ。对天然岩芯的ＡＳＰ三元复合驱室内试验使原油采收率在水驱基础上提高约２０％ＯＯＩＰ。已在１０００ｔ／ａ中试装置上生产出数十吨中试产品，性能达到甚至超过进口驱油剂的指标。The technology of sulfonating heavy alkylbenzene(HAB), byproducts during dodecylbenzene production, with SO3/air mixture in a film sulfonator and the properties of produced heavy alkylbenzene sulfonates(HABS) as surfactant for alkalinesurfactantpolymers(ASP) flooding are studied. SO3/HAB mole ratio, mean volume fraction of SO3 in SO3/air mixture and sulfonation temperature are important factors affecting sulfonation rate. The linear relationship between sulfonation rate and neutralization number of sulfonic acid is found which indicates that the neutralization number of sulfonic acid can be taken as a controlling parameter during sulfonation. Under optimum conditions, the sulfonation rate of HAB can reach nearly 80%, and the produced HABS has a mean relative molecular mass of 430￣440g/mol. The products formulated are excellent surfactants for ASP flooding to enhance oil recovery. In a HABS mass fraction range of 0.001￣0.003 and a NaOH mass fraction range of 0.009￣0.013, the interfacial tensions bet ween crude oils from different regions of Daqin oil field and reservoir water can be reduced to as low as 10-3 mN/m at reservoir temperature(45C). Oil recovery by ASP flooding with natural core can be increased 20% OOIP at the basis of water flooding. Tonnages of HABS have been produced in a 1 000 tons/year scale of plant and the products have the properties similar to or even better than that of imported products.
