摘　　要：国家新的医改方案对医药卫生体制进行了重大改革,为医患关系的改善提供了契机,特别是确定了医疗卫生事业的公益性质,把基本医疗卫生制度作为公共产品向全民提供,建立国家基本药物制度,强化卫生行政部门、医疗保障机构的监管,这一系列改革在保证医疗卫生事业健康发展的同时,也为改善医患关系、营造和谐诚信的医疗服务环境产生了积极影响。The new national medical reform innovates medical and healthcare system to a great extent, which provides an opportunity for improve the current doctorpatient relationship. In particular, it confirms the public welfare characteristic of medical and healthcare services, provides basic medical and healthcare system as public product for the entire people, establishes national basic drug system, strengthens the supervision of healthcare administration and medicare security organizations. A series of reforms on ensuring the healthy development of medical and healthcare services have a positive impact on improving the relationship between doctors and patients, creating a harmonious and honest enviroment of medical service.
