高酸度稠油的脱盐脱酸

摘　　要：针对新疆克拉玛依稠油的脱盐脱酸，在评定了几十种破乳剂的基础上，开发合成了酚胺型破乳剂；研究了酚胺型破乳剂的组成对稠油脱盐脱酸的影响以及稠油单独加工的工艺路线。Heavy crude oil has high specific gravity, viscosity and acidity. Its corrosiveness is strong and its processing is very difficult. Phenolamine demulsifier was synthesized for Xinjiang Kelamaye heavy crude oil after evaluating several kind demulsifiers. Study on the effect of composition of phenolamine demulsifier on desalting and deaciding for heavy crude oil and the technolgy route of processing high acidity heavy crude oil alone was made.
