摘  要:目的:对国产工频X线机进行改进,以提高IBS反应速度。方法:采用调整高压初级可控硅导通角的方式,调整高压初级的电压,从而调整透视千伏。结果:透视体厚变化时,透视千伏变化响应快,医生透视效果好;透视中不会因碳轮接触不良而产生火花,对设备起到保护作用;透视千伏调整电路简单,无机械运动,故障率低。结论:该项改进使IBS控制响应快,可满足影像科医生的需要。Objective To improve the homemade industrial frequency X-ray machine in order to increase the speed of IBS reaction.Methods The primary voltage of high voltage was modulated by adjusting the conducting angle of SCRs in high voltage in order to improve the fluoroscopy KV.Results When the thickness of the scanned body changed,the fluoroscopy KV changed quickly,and the doctors could get a better fluoroscopy effect.Arc caused by poor carbon wheel connection during fluoroscopy would not happen.The fluoroscopy KV modulate circuit was simple.There was no mechanical movement and the malfunction rate was lower.Conclusion This improvement makes the IBS control response quickly,and meets the demand of the doctors of the radiology department.
