摘　　要：目的:探讨C型臂X线机在骶骨骨折经皮拉力钉内固定术中的应用价值。方法:回顾性总结2008—2009年期间骶骨骨折经皮拉力钉内固定术中C型臂透视操作方法。结果:骶骨骨折经皮拉力钉内固定术中C型臂的投照方法有其特殊性和复杂性,与手术的进程以及手术的安全性明显相关。结论:C型臂在骶骨骨折经皮拉力钉内固定手术中的应用十分重要,基层医院要开展此手术,应当进行C型臂X线机的应用培训学习。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of C-arm X-ray Machine in the treatment of fracture of sacrum with pulling nails.Methods The methods of manipulating C-arm X-ray Machine in the operation of fracture of sacrum with pulling nails between 2008 and 2009 were reviewed.Results In the operation of fracture of sacrum with pulling nails,the projecting method of C-arm X-ray Machine had its particularity and complexity.Conclusion C-arm X-ray Machine plays a very important role in the operation of fracture of sacrum with pulling nails.The primary hospitals should develop the technical skills of manipulating C-arm X-ray machine before carrying out the operation.
