计算机管理系统在检验标本全程质量监控中的应用

摘　　要：目的:应用计算机管理系统对检验标本进行全程质量监控。方法:将电子病历(EMR)和实验室信息管理系统(LIS)进行整合并作为系统平台,结合物流管理系统,应用标准条形码技术,通过网络信息交换,实现对检验标本的全程质量监控。结果:该系统的应用优化了检验工作流程,使物流、信息流以及人流三者有机结合,对标本检验过程起到提醒、规范和监督作用,从而提高了检验信息的准确性和完整性,缩短了样本周转时间,减少了操作中误差,提高了工作效率。结论:计算机管理系统实现了医学检验的全程质量监控,对辅助临床诊断具有很大的现实意义。Objective To control the quality of test samples in all process by applying the computer management system.Methods The test samples were controlled in all process by the internet information exchange,combined with logistics management system,applied with the standard bar code technology and adopted as the system platform by electronic medical record（EMR） and laboratory information management system（LIS）.Results The application of the system optimized the inspection process,so the logistics,information flow and human resources flow were integrated dynamically.The function of reminder,regulation and supervision in sample test could improve the accuracy and integrity of test information,shorten the turnaround time of the sample,reduce the operation error and enhance the efficiency.Conclusion Computer management system monitors the quality control of medical test.It is significant to assist in the clinical diagnosis.
