摘　　要：论述了药芯焊丝自保护焊接工艺特点,介绍了低温条件下管件全自动自保护焊接工艺的开发,并提出了焊接过程中的具体注意事项。试验证实,低温条件下管件可以实现药芯焊丝自保护的全自动焊接。试验结果显示,焊缝低温韧性良好,可以满足低温条件下的焊接需要。This article discussed the technics characteristics of full-automatic welding of self-shield flux-cored wire,introduced development of full-automatic self-shield welding technology applied to pipe fitting under low temperature service,in addition,it put forward attentions during welding.The tests proved that,under low temperature,the full-automatic welding of self-shield flux-cored wire can be achieved;moreover,the weld toughness is good,which can meet welding requirements.
