摘 要:分析了螺旋埋弧焊管内焊送丝系统的两种形式,对比了新、旧三维调整焊枪机构及其优缺点,论述了软管送丝机构及其优越性。相对于焊枪送丝机构,软管送丝机构能更好地适用于焊管内焊单丝、双丝、多丝焊接,尤其适用于426 mm以上规格的螺旋焊管内焊焊接。软管送丝机构的稳定性为保持焊接参数的稳定提供更好的机械保障,同时使焊炬倾角的调整灵活、方便,是焊枪送丝机构无法比拟的。This article analyzed two kinds of inside welding wire feed system of SAWH pipe,compared advantages and disadvantages of new and old three dimensional adjusting welding torch structure,discussed wire feed system of tube and its advantage.Relative to wire feed system of welding torch;wire feed system of tube can apply to single wire welding,double wires welding and multiple wires welding,especially for SAWH pipe inside welding of pipe diameter more than426 mm.The stability of tube wire feed system can provide better mechanical security for keeping welding parameters stability,at the same time,it make adjusting welding torch obliquity easy and convenient,tube wire feed system possesses unparalleled advantage relative to welding torch wire feed system.
