摘　　要：随着电子商务快速增长和全球化的发展,电子商务交易的信用危机日渐凸显。虚假交易、假冒行为、合同诈骗、网上拍卖哄抬标的、侵犯消费者合法权益等各种违法违规行为屡屡发生,这些现象在很大程度上制约着电子商务快速健康的发展。因此,我国电子商务发展的当务之急是建立全方位的信用体系。With the rapid growth of electronic commerce and globalization,the growing e-commerce transactions highlight the credit crisis.Such illegal activities as false trading,counterfeiting,contract fraud,online auctions bid up the subject,infringement of lawful rights and interests of consumers,etc.often occur,which to a large extent,constraints a rapid and healthy development of e-commerce.Therefore,it is an urgent task for e-commerce development in China to establish a comprehensive credit system.
