摘　　要：分析中国信用评级战略困局的形成原因、破解障碍及其负面影响,认为在后金融危机的战略机遇期中,中国信用评级应采取"以空间换时间"的产业发展战略,并且要有效规范和优化信用评级机构的内部和外部环境。After analyzing the formation reasons for strategic predicament with credit rating in China,barriers for breakthrough and the adverse effects,this paper holds that during the post-financial crisis strategic opportunity period,it＇s necessary for credit rating in China to adopt the industrial development strategy of ＂trade space for time＂ and to regulate and optimize effectively the internal and external environments for domestic credit rating agencies.
