摘　　要：随着企业信息化程度的提高,企业对工作流系统的要求也越来越高,以工作流系统参考模型为依据,提出并设计了基于SSH架构的工作流系统,该系统支持客户端图形化建模,能够处理复杂的业务流程,具有可扩展和平台无关性等优点,该工作流系统模型在CRM(Customer Relationship Management)系统中的成功使用表明了该模型能够适应企业业务过程不断变化的需要,模型采用的分层架构提高了系统的开发效率。With enterprises’highly developed information engineering,more advanced workflow systems are in demand.Workflow system based on SSH architecture is proposed and designed according to the reference model of workflow system.It supports client-side graphical modeling and handles complex business processes.It features scalability and platform independence.Its successful application to the CRM（Customer Relationship Management） system indicates that the model can adapt to change in enterprises’business.The model’s hierarchical structure improves the efficiency of the system development.
