摘　　要：阐述高校仪器设备技术指标的重要意义,分析技术指标拟定存在的问题和原因,并就技术指标该谁提供、如何提供以及提供的标准做了初步的探讨。The importance of technical indicators of instruments and equipment of colleges and universities has been expanded,problems and causes in the process of setting technical indicators have been analysed.Besides,the authors have done some preliminary research on who should provide the technical indicators,how to provide and the providing criterion.
