摘 要:为探讨葡萄浆果发育期间叶、果肉和果皮中内源激素的变化规律,以"巨峰"、"98-2"、"京亚"和"洛浦早生"为试材,采用酶联免疫吸附分析法(ELISA)测定了葡萄叶、果肉和果皮中IAA、GA3、ZR、ABA含量的变化。结果表明:4个葡萄品种在果实发育期叶中IAA、GA3、ZR、ABA的含量的变化差异较大;果肉IAA、GA3、ZR、ABA的含量变化趋势相似,都是一个单峰曲线,在花后30 d或40 d即果实缓慢生长期开始前后达到高峰,峰值的出现时期与成熟期的早晚无关;果皮中IAA、GA3、ZR的含量变化趋势相似,都有一明显的峰值,峰值的出现时期与果实发育期长短有关;果皮中ABA在果实发育的后期含量很高,但果实发育期长短不同高含量ABA所持续的时间不同。果皮中激素的变化与果实发育期长短比果肉中激素的变化与果实发育期长短的关系更密切。The research aimed to study the changes of endogenous hormones in leaf,fruit flesh and fruit peel during fruit growth and development of grape.The content of IAA,GA3,ZR and ABA in leaf,fruit flesh and fruit peel was determined by using the method of ELISA and the various maturity grape varieties including "kyoho","98-2","Jingya" and "Luopuzaosheng" as materials.The results indicated that the content of IAA,GA3,ZR and ABA in leaves of the 4 grape varieties was obviously different during fruit growth and development.The changing trends of content in IAA,GA3,ZR and ABA in flesh of the 4 grape varieties were similar,and all of them were single peak curves.The peak appeared around the beginning of the slow-growing period of berries and just in 30 d or 40 d after anthesis.And the time when the peak appeared had nothing to do with the time of maturity.The changing trends of IAA,GA3 and ZR in fruit peel of the 4 grape varieties were similar,and they all had a peak.The time when the peak appeared was in relation to the time of fruit growth and development.The contents of ABA in fruit peel were high in the later stage of fruit growth,but the duration of high ABA contents varied by the time of fruit maturity.The relationship between the changes of endogenous hormones in fruit peel and the time of fruit growth and development was closer than that between the changes of endogenous hormones in flesh and the time of fruit growth and development.
